When I was on tour with The Homeless Gospel Choir he had a writing session on the books at our friend's farm in Bangor, PA. I was supposed to be in LA during this time but my flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Irene. I wrote this song while I was in Bangor for that session. I have been there many times since and have always felt creative as soon as I'm anywhere in the area.
